On a small infill site in south Mesa, Arizona, this pair of 2,550 SF office buildings are mirror images of each other and face a shared, covered parking area. Building footprints are maximized to create as much saleable space as possible.
The barrel-vaulted roofs cover tall and airy central spaces, are designed to be flexible and are flanked by private offices. Construction is wood frame with 4-ply asphalt and standing seam metal roofs. Covered parking and shade canopies protect east and west facing windows. |
